"ROARIN"Tiger Stripe Nail Design: Step by Step

1. Begin with a base color.  In this simple tutorial I painted my nails with "Chop-Sticking To My Story" by O.P.I.

 2. Then paint each nail with Essie "Matte About You." A matte finish is not as glossy as regular but refines the look and adds an ounce of sophistication

 3. Let the matte coat dry. Now we can begin the tiger stripe design.
